JJ Cale and Randall Bramblett took the stage with Widespread Panic last night at the Smirnoff Music Center in Dallas, TX. Bramblett (saxophone) joined the group for "Christmas Katie" midway through the second set. Cale (guitar, vocals) then emerged for "Ride Me High" and returned for the encore, "Pickin' Up The Pieces." Cale, who opened the show, is probably best known for his classic "After Midnight," which Eric Clapton popularized (his version became a Top 20 hit in 1970)...

Loudon Wainwright III On PBS’ Life 360 June 13

Loudon Wainwright III will perform “No Sure Way” On PBS’ Life 360 on June 13. Loudon wrote the song following the attacks on September 11 and the song has become a moving part of his live show. Loudon appeared recently on Life 360 performing “White Winos” from his current CD, Last man On Earth.

The video was a winner at the Houston International Film Festival which featured more than 3,900 entries from 34 countries.
